Recently we had edinburgh mobility solutions install a Stairlift in our house. I got my first scooter from Edinburgh Mobility Solutions, they have looked after me for nearly 2yrs now. (I live in Paisley) These guys have never let me down, always there when needed, even if its just for advice they are always willing to help out. Staff are excellent, gave my scooter its first service not that long ago, first class service all the way! I have had bad experiences with other companies, Its refreshing to know that there is still a company out there you can rely on, a company that only has your best interest at heart. I have relied on North East Mobility for around 10 years. I started using them when we had a static caravan in Haven Berwick and now I use Edinburgh mobility at home. The staff are knowledgeable and fantastically friendly. They provide a prompt and effective service.

Prompt service for assessment and fitting of a stair lift. The installation was carried out by Connor , who showed great patience when explaining the controls etc . Follow up phone call to check that there were no issues post installation was appreciated
Would recommend this company very highly. When I had a problem getting a taxi company to take a boot scooter they changed my hire to a more robust scooter so I could get upto the castle with no problem also at no extra cost. On delivery Liam also got a portable ramp as step at accommodation was higher than expected. He explained everything about the scooter. Really nice guy. Spoke to a few at the company all great and very helpful people.
I really cannot describe how fantastic the customer service at Edinburgh Mobility Solutions is. They went above and beyond not only to help me find the wheelchair I needed but when an unexpected accident caused difficulty they sent a repairman, made sure the manufacturer got in touch, helped me get a replacement, and kept in easy friendly contct with me the entire time. I’m now familiar with many of their staff and all are terrific. Highest of recommendations!!! I hope I never have to go anywhere else for my mobility needs!

We have just bought a power chair from this Company. We received fantastic Customer Service from Mike who was also very friendly and knowledgeable. He demonstrated several suitable chairs and gave my husband Ian plenty of time to try them all out. We would certainly recommend him. Thanks Mike, Ian now has freedom and independence again.
