Fantastic Service..!!! Mike was recommended to me for the fitting of a stairlift in my parents home. Excellent communication from the start, all of our questions and concerns were easily and quickly answered and everything clearly explained. Then the very next week he and a colleague arrived to fit the stairlift.!!! Mum and Dad felt very comfortable with Mike throughout the whole process and are thrilled with their new stairlift.!! Would recommend this company very highly. When I had a problem getting a taxi company to take a boot scooter they changed my hire to a more robust scooter so I could get upto the castle with no problem also at no extra cost. On delivery Liam also got a portable ramp as step at accommodation was higher than expected. He explained everything about the scooter. Really nice guy. Spoke to a few at the company all great and very helpful people.
Lovely lady who deals with bookings. Recently hired a scooter, had a puncture. Rang her, explained the situation. True to her word all fixed and sorted within the hour. Very reliable

I have recently purchased a new scooter from this company, this is the second scooter from them. I really cannot describe how fantastic the customer service at Edinburgh Mobility Solutions is. They went above and beyond not only to help me find the wheelchair I needed but when an unexpected accident caused difficulty they sent a repairman, made sure the manufacturer got in touch, helped me get a replacement, and kept in easy friendly contct with me the entire time. I’m now familiar with many of their staff and all are terrific. Highest of recommendations!!! I hope I never have to go anywhere else for my mobility needs!
The manager was very good on the phone initially, and offered to let my partner and I see an invalid bath lift demonstration model as it is difficult to see from photos if it would be suitable size wise. The care and attention to us was first class which is very rare these days so a big thumbs up to this company
We have just bought a power chair from this Company. We received fantastic Customer Service from Mike who was also very friendly and knowledgeable. I needed wheelchair ramps urgently so my partner could get home for a special birthday weekend. I went into shop at Henderson street and the gentlemen honestly could not have done anymore to help me. They even came out to the house to ensure I could get the best ramps for my door and steps and were so polite and helpful they made a worrying experience a happy one. I would like to thank North East Mobility Solutions for installing a chair lift for my husband in our stair . From the first contact to having to call them out only 4 weeks after it being installed because someone vandalised it. Mike was back fixing it the day after it was reported . we have experience exceptional good service . We only had to wait 2 days to have the chair lift installed mike and his colleague were so polite and very professional in what they were doing they were able to answer and explain any questions we had about the chair lift. I would highly recommended this company for mobility solutions,there is no pressure to buy and there prices are very competitive.
Very friendly and professional service. Nothing was any bother. Very caring and considerate. From first call to fitting three weeks. Price wise very competitive. Much cheaper quote than another branded company and that quote was 3-4 years ago.
