Set up a quote visit and agreed the deal with no fuss or bother. The team came and installed in an afternoon and left the stair in excellent condition. (I live in Paisley) These guys have never let me down, always there when needed, even if its just for advice they are always willing to help out. I would like to thank North East Mobility Solutions for installing a chair lift for my husband in our stair . From the first contact to having to call them out only 4 weeks after it being installed because someone vandalised it. Mike was back fixing it the day after it was reported . we have experience exceptional good service . We only had to wait 2 days to have the chair lift installed mike and his colleague were so polite and very professional in what they were doing they were able to answer and explain any questions we had about the chair lift. I would highly recommended this company for mobility solutions,there is no pressure to buy and there prices are very competitive.
Very friendly and professional service. Nothing was any bother. Very caring and considerate. From first call to fitting three weeks. Price wise very competitive. Much cheaper quote than another branded company and that quote was 3-4 years ago.
We have just bought a power chair from this Company. We received fantastic Customer Service from Mike who was also very friendly and knowledgeable.
