After booking a holiday in Northumberland with the main focus being on walking my dog I was devastated to break my ankle. I emailed my enquiry hit a very quick response and was sorted out almost immediately with scooter hire. Set up a quote visit and agreed the deal with no fuss or bother. The team came and installed in an afternoon and left the stair in excellent condition. We bought an all-terrain power chair for our son from Mike and his team. The service they provided us has been outstanding. Mike brought a range of chairs for our son to try from home and even went to the local forest paths so we could try it out there too. Nothing was too much trouble for him. He kept us informed while we waited for delivery and delivered it earlier than we had hoped. They even dropped some spare inner tubes off for us. Mike also managed to source a used fold up power chair for us as well at a great price. Highly recommended and proof that it’s better to deal with a small local firm.

I would like to thank North East Mobility Solutions for installing a chair lift for my husband in our stair . From the first contact to having to call them out only 4 weeks after it being installed because someone vandalised it. Mike was back fixing it the day after it was reported . we have experience exceptional good service . We only had to wait 2 days to have the chair lift installed mike and his colleague were so polite and very professional in what they were doing they were able to answer and explain any questions we had about the chair lift. I would highly recommended this company for mobility solutions,there is no pressure to buy and there prices are very competitive.
