I found this company extremely helpful, friendly and well informed. While helping me decide which piece of equipment met my needs, at no time did I feel pressured to buy. They continued this good customer service by arranging insurance and will collect from my home if and when service is needed. I am a very happy customer.
My mum and I called the shop and was told to come in and feel free to look at rise recliner chairs. We arrived and the staff were very helpful. We tried various chairs and settled on a particular one. The sales experience was very good and the chair was delivered and set up weeks before it was due. Thanks for all your help, excellent chair.
Fantastic Service..!!! Mike was recommended to me for the fitting of a stairlift in my parents home. Excellent communication from the start, all of our questions and concerns were easily and quickly answered and everything clearly explained. Then the very next week he and a colleague arrived to fit the stairlift.!!! Mum and Dad felt very comfortable with Mike throughout the whole process and are thrilled with their new stairlift.!! Would recommend this company very highly. When I had a problem getting a taxi company to take a boot scooter they changed my hire to a more robust scooter so I could get upto the castle with no problem also at no extra cost. On delivery Liam also got a portable ramp as step at accommodation was higher than expected. He explained everything about the scooter. Really nice guy. Spoke to a few at the company all great and very helpful people.
Recently we had edinburgh mobility solutions install a Stairlift in our house. We would like to take this opportunity to thank Chris and Dave for there help and advice in helping us choose the most suitable lift for us at there showroom. Also the staff who surveyed our house and installed the lift. Everyone was very helpful and friendly and we are delighted with the lift, it’s more quiet and smoother than we imagined it would be. The manager was very good on the phone initially, and offered to let my partner and I see an invalid bath lift demonstration model as it is difficult to see from photos if it would be suitable size wise. The care and attention to us was first class which is very rare these days so a big thumbs up to this company

I got my first scooter from Edinburgh Mobility Solutions, they have looked after me for nearly 2yrs now. (I live in Paisley) These guys have never let me down, always there when needed, even if its just for advice they are always willing to help out. Staff are excellent, gave my scooter its first service not that long ago, first class service all the way!
