Thank you so much for the fantastic service we received on our trip to the North East. Your friendly and efficient staff organised a mobility scooter on the last minute for us over the busy Bank Holiday. This enabled my seriously ill husband to join in and enjoy the wedding we were attending and also enabled us to take him sightseeing. Recently we had edinburgh mobility solutions install a Stairlift in our house. We would like to take this opportunity to thank Chris and Dave for there help and advice in helping us choose the most suitable lift for us at there showroom. We bought an all-terrain power chair for our son from Mike and his team. The service they provided us has been outstanding. Mike brought a range of chairs for our son to try from home and even went to the local forest paths so we could try it out there too. Nothing was too much trouble for him. He kept us informed while we waited for delivery and delivered it earlier than we had hoped. They even dropped some spare inner tubes off for us. Mike also managed to source a used fold up power chair for us as well at a great price. Highly recommended and proof that it’s better to deal with a small local firm.
Would recommend this company very highly. When I had a problem getting a taxi company to take a boot scooter they changed my hire to a more robust scooter so I could get upto the castle with no problem also at no extra cost. On delivery Liam also got a portable ramp as step at accommodation was higher than expected. He explained everything about the scooter. Really nice guy. Spoke to a few at the company all great and very helpful people.
I would like to thank North East Mobility Solutions for installing a chair lift for my husband in our stair . From the first contact to having to call them out only 4 weeks after it being installed because someone vandalised it. Mike was back fixing it the day after it was reported . we have experience exceptional good service . We only had to wait 2 days to have the chair lift installed mike and his colleague were so polite and very professional in what they were doing they were able to answer and explain any questions we had about the chair lift. I would highly recommended this company for mobility solutions,there is no pressure to buy and there prices are very competitive.
Lovely lady who deals with bookings. Recently hired a scooter, had a puncture. Rang her, explained the situation. True to her word all fixed and sorted within the hour. Very reliable
The manager was very good on the phone initially, and offered to let my partner and I see an invalid bath lift demonstration model as it is difficult to see from photos if it would be suitable size wise. The care and attention to us was first class which is very rare these days so a big thumbs up to this company

Set up a quote visit and agreed the deal with no fuss or bother. The team came and installed in an afternoon and left the stair in excellent condition. Everything was easy, well organised, and they were a pleasure to have working in my dad’s house. All done within a week. Thanks for a really good service.
My mum and I called the shop and was told to come in and feel free to look at rise recliner chairs. We arrived and the staff were very helpful. We tried various chairs and settled on a particular one. The sales experience was very good and the chair was delivered and set up weeks before it was due. Thanks for all your help, excellent chair.
