After booking a holiday in Northumberland with the main focus being on walking my dog I was devastated to break my ankle. Fantastic Service..!!! Mike was recommended to me for the fitting of a stairlift in my parents home. Excellent communication from the start, all of our questions and concerns were easily and quickly answered and everything clearly explained. Then the very next week he and a colleague arrived to fit the stairlift.!!! Mum and Dad felt very comfortable with Mike throughout the whole process and are thrilled with their new stairlift.!! The manager was very good on the phone initially, and offered to let my partner and I see an invalid bath lift demonstration model as it is difficult to see from photos if it would be suitable size wise. The care and attention to us was first class which is very rare these days so a big thumbs up to this company

I needed wheelchair ramps urgently so my partner could get home for a special birthday weekend. I went into shop at Henderson street and the gentlemen honestly could not have done anymore to help me. They even came out to the house to ensure I could get the best ramps for my door and steps and were so polite and helpful they made a worrying experience a happy one. We bought an all-terrain power chair for our son from Mike and his team. The service they provided us has been outstanding. Mike brought a range of chairs for our son to try from home and even went to the local forest paths so we could try it out there too. Nothing was too much trouble for him. He kept us informed while we waited for delivery and delivered it earlier than we had hoped. They even dropped some spare inner tubes off for us. Mike also managed to source a used fold up power chair for us as well at a great price. Highly recommended and proof that it’s better to deal with a small local firm.
Very friendly and professional service. Nothing was any bother. Very caring and considerate. From first call to fitting three weeks. Price wise very competitive. Much cheaper quote than another branded company and that quote was 3-4 years ago.
