North East Mobility Solutions Limited have been trading since December 2009 with the first showroom opening in Berwick-Upon-Tweed. We currently operate out of the original Berwick-Upon-Tweed showroom and a second larger showroom in Leith, Edinburgh – trading under Edinburgh Mobility Solutions.
We joined as a dealer to the Motability scheme in 2016 to offer a worry-free scheme in the areas that they cover. Mike and the team at North East Mobility Solutions & Edinburgh Mobility Solutions are dedicated to offer the level of service they have always been renowned for whilst continuing to grow their Motability fleet.
It’s not just Scooters and Powered Wheelchairs we offer, also on offer are Daily Living Aids, Walking Aids, Manual Wheelchairs, Rise & Recline Chairs, Beds, and even Stairlifts. In addition, we offer mobility product servicing, mobility product repairs as well as mobility product warranties, and insurance.
Not only that, but our entire range of services and products are backed up by in-house engineers, surveyors and installers.

Proud to be part of the motability scheme
Anyone who receives the Enhanced Rate of the Mobility Component of Personal Independence Payment, the Higher Rate Mobility Component of the Disability Living Allowance, War Pensioners’ Mobility Supplement or Armed Forces Independence, Scottish Adult Disability Payment (ADP). Payment can exchange part of their weekly payment to lease a new scooter or powered wheelchair through the Motability Scheme.
